• Habit Data: Information about habits you track, including names, streaks, and progress. This data is stored locally on your device by default.
• Journal Entries: Personal reflections and notes you create within the app. These are stored locally on your device.
• iCloud Sync (Optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, which is managed by Apple and protected by your Apple ID.
• Purchase Information: If you subscribe to premium features, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Unhook experience:

• To track your habits and display your progress
• To save and display your journal entries
• To sync your data across your devices (if iCloud sync is enabled)
• To process subscription purchases through the App Store

Data Storage and Security

By default, all your data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by iOS. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account, subject to Apple's privacy practices. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your habit data and journal entries remain private to you. The only third-party services involved are:

• Apple iCloud: For optional data synchronization (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)
• RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction data to manage your subscription status. They do not have access to your habit data or journal entries.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all your data within the app at any time
• Delete your data by removing habits, journal entries, or uninstalling the app
• Disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings
• Request information about your data by contacting us

Children's Privacy

Unhook is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
