Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Unhook ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Unhook is a mobile application designed to help users track habits, maintain streaks, and journal their progress. The App provides tools for personal development and habit-breaking, but is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

User Accounts and Data

Unhook does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to enable iCloud sync:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID
• Your data will be synced across devices signed into the same iCloud account
• iCloud storage and syncing is subject to Apple's Terms of Service

Subscriptions and Payments

Unhook offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions:

• Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
• Billing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Devatic and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The App is not intended to provide medical, health, or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devatic and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Data Loss

While we strive to ensure data integrity, we are not responsible for any loss of data stored on your device or in iCloud. We recommend regularly backing up your device through standard iOS backup procedures.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
